This course is designed for those who want to cruise further afield and will provide the skipper with all the skills and techniques to take a motor cruiser on coastal and offshore passages by day and by night to new sailing areas.
Unlike the UK, most European countries require the Skipper of any vessel to provide proof of competency on request, and this is where the ICC can be useful, as it is recognised under a United Nations convention.
